Brandon Pierce is the founder of Pierce & Pierce, LLC, a law firm specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Brandon graduated from Rutgers University in 2016 with a degree in Political Science and Philosophy. He later attended and graduated from Pace Law School in 2019.
While in law school, Brandon served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael Toto of Middlesex County. In his final year of law school, he acted as a student attorney in the Pace Investors Rights Clinic, where he represented small investors in FINRA arbitration.
After graduation, Brandon worked as an associate attorney at a boutique medical malpractice defense firm where he represented physicians charged with medical malpractice. Following this he worked at a personal injury law firm where he represented individuals involved in various serious accidents. He founded Pierce & Pierce, LLC with the goal of helping accident victims get justice. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and Hudson County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the Phil Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and medical malpractice committee.
